Make a more perfect pie with a Pie Bird!
Used since Victorian Times, Pie Birds are "vents" placed in the middle of fruit pies to prevent the pie from boiling over. Simply stand the Pie Bird in the center of the bottom crust, fill with fruit & then place the top crust over the Pie Bird allowing its beak to poke through. No more messy cleanup, no more soggy crust!
