A word from POSH
In 1997 P.O.S.H. opened its doors in Chicago, determined to offer something unique to the consumer that was tired of the "sameness" that had crept into the marketplace of home & table decor. The small shop was met with a warm reception as the search for pieces that haven't been mass-produced for coast-to-coast consumption was shared by many.
"At some point in your life, you want something that is real!" That thought is what drives P.O.S.H. to search high & low for the items that stock its shelves - an eclectic assortment of vintage Hotel Silver, Restaurant China & Flea Market Finds. Found in such disparate places as old American china warehouses to the antique markets and auction houses of Europe, the items sold at P.O.S.H. are often one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity. From a vintage silverplate Tea Service once used in an English Country Inn to a beautiful Water Pitcher from a Grand Hotel in New York, many of our pieces tell a romantic story of an age gone by.

Shipping policy
Click to viewWe ship within the United States using UPS Ground Service. Please allow approximately 5 - 7 business days for processing and shipping. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select are shipping options that are also available for an additional charge. Please make your desired shipping selection during the checkout process.
Return policy

We truly want you to be happy with your purchases. In the unlikely event you are unhappy, please call or email us to let us know you will be sending it back. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition. Return it to us prepaid with the sales receipt and properly insured. Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue a credit to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or store credit. The merchandise must be in original condition and returned to us prepaid and properly insured with the sales receipt.
We apologize that shipping costs are not refundable. Items received as a gift can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only within 30 days when returned to us with the gift receipt. All sale items and perishable items are sold as final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Damages
We carefully pack each order following the guidelines established by UPS. Once the package leaves our store, however, we are no longer able to control how it is handled by the shipper. Occassionally an item is damaged in shipping. If that is the case, notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipper. Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged merchandise or packaging unless instructed to do so. Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging without our authorization may void any damage claim and no credit or replacement will be issued.
